Vendor Application: Holiday Market on the Farm 2025

Holiday Market at Speckled Hen Farms and Lone Oaks Farm is seeking vendors for our 2025 event on Saturday, November 8th! Do you sell unique, hand-crafted items that are perfect for an open-air style market? If so, we invite you to apply! Space is limited to approximately 24 vendors, and the selection will be limited to ensure a variety of offerings (without too much duplication of products) and items that fit the spirit of the event. Please apply by November 1st, and the $50 application fee will be refunded to those who are not added to our lineup this year.

Please understand that this is an open air market where vendors will either be set up on the SHF patio or the barn at Lone Oaks. You can indicate on your application if you prefer to be inside the barn, but space is limited. The market will begin at 10:00 and end at 4:00 on November 8th. Please note that if you are accepted, the vendor fee is not refundable if you cancel or no-show. If we have to cancel the market on our end, your fee will be refunded.
